A carefully created blend of select whiskies, each one chosen by our master distiller & blender to create a delightful, rounded and unique whisky, with a taste of what we're looking towards with our own whisky production.
This is the first blend at Knockhill Distillery, with each bottle holding a personal bottle number.

Nose
Slight smoke, earthy, raisins & dates
Palate
Much smokier in the mouth than on nosing, full body of good character and complexity, fills most of the mouth
Finish & Aftertaste
Long, warming and very satisfying
