"we"(Knockhill Distillery) are knockhill distilling company ltd, a company registered in Scotland (SC789007) These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services provided through knockhillwhisky.com (the "Site"). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Drinking Age

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. We operate under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and strictly enforce Challenge 25age verification policies.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service or delivery if age verification fails
Cancel orders suspected of being made on behalf of someone under 18

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We do not leave alcohol unattended or with minors.

If delivery fails due to:

Repeated failed attempts
You may be liable for redelivery fees, and your order may be canceled without a full refund.
